Tap water leaves minerals behind as it dries, and those minerals are what turn into spots. Our pole system runs purified water, which dries clean with nothing left on the glass. It also lets us reach second- and third-storey windows from the ground.

Ground-floor glass, interiors and detail work get the traditional treatment: scrubber, squeegee and a dry edge on every pane.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most homes around Lake Simcoe do well with a spring clean to clear winter salt and pollen, and a fall clean before the light gets low. Homes near the water, busy roads or construction usually need it more often.
